Passenger Eligibility & Information
- Accurate details (name & mobile number) must be provided at the time of bookin
- Children below the specified age (e.g., 10 years) may be allowed free or at discounted
rates for the Ferry services.
- Children below the specified age (e.g., 5 years) may be allowed free or at discounted
rates as per the cruise type.
- Passengers with special needs or medical conditions should notify us in advance.
- Passengers must follow all safety instructions from the cruise staff and captain
- Life jackets and safety equipment provided must be used as directed
- Smoking and consumption of alcohol/drugs onboard are strictly prohibited (unless
specified otherwise by management).
- Passengers should arrive at least 30 minutes prior to departure.
- In case of late arrival or no-show at boarding time, we reserve the right to cancel your
reservation without refund.
Changes by Jolporee Cruise/Ferry Service
- Cruise schedules, timings, routes, or amenities may change due to weather, technical
issues, river conditions, safety, or other operational reasons without notice.
- Jolporee Cruise reserves the right to reallocate seats for convenience.
- Passengers must not disturb other guests, damage property, or behave in a disruptive
