In general, no refund shall be granted once the payment has been successfully completed.
However, exceptions may be considered under the following circumstances:

Multiple payments made for the same service due to technical or user error.
Payment completed successfully, but booking confirmation was not received due to
internet connectivity or system failure.
Transaction fees, payment gateway charges, or bank charges are strictly nonrefundable in case of any refund or reversal. All refund requests are subject to
verification and approval by Jolporee Cruise management.
For cancellation-related queries or requests, passengers must contact Jolporee Cruise
directly.
- Rescheduling of bookings to another date is not permitted under any circumstances.
Cancellation by Jolporee Cruise
- If a cruise is cancelled by Jolporee Cruise due to adverse weather conditions, safety concerns,
technical issues, or other operational reasons, a full refund or an option to reschedule may be
offered.
- No additional compensation, including travel or accommodation costs, shall be payable in
such cases
Refund Process & Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment used at the time of
booking.
- Refund processing may take approximately 7 to 15 business days, depending on banking and
payment gateway procedures.
- Any bank charges, payment gateway fees, or transaction costs remain non-refundable.
